Scope
This policy applies to the official Inkqaar website and direct messages sent to the contact address published on it. Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Sikh of Thought and other services are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
Information you choose to share
This website currently has no account registration, checkout or contact form. If you email Inkqaar, the information in your message—including your name, email address and anything you choose to include—may be used to read, respond to and retain the correspondence where reasonably necessary.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely required.
Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, approximate time of access, diagnostic events and security signals. This information is used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, prevent abuse and investigate faults.
Cookies and similar technology
Inkqaar uses optional Google Analytics only after you select “Accept analytics.” It helps measure visits, approximate location, device and browser categories, traffic sources, engagement and interactions such as outbound link clicks. Analytics remains off when you decline or before you make a choice. Inkqaar does not use this setup for advertising or personalised marketing.
You can revisit the choice at any time using “Analytics choices” in the website footer. Essential technology may still be used by the hosting platform for access, security, performance or basic functionality. External music and social platforms may use their own cookies after you follow a link to them, under their own privacy practices.
Use, disclosure and retention
Information is used only to operate and protect the website, respond to genuine enquiries, manage professional opportunities and comply with legal obligations. Inkqaar does not sell personal information.
Information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, email and website security, or disclosed where required by law. Messages are kept only for as long as they remain reasonably useful for the relevant enquiry, record-keeping, safety or legal purpose.
Access, correction and contact
You may ask what personal information Inkqaar holds about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security or record-keeping reasons.
For a privacy question or request, email contact@inkqaar.com with “Privacy” in the subject line.
